HOW TO COPE WITH INSOMNIA???????
Millions of people have difficults in falling asleep . Here are some proven ways to get a better night's sleep without dangerous or habitforming drugs.what can you do if you suffer from insomnia?two things: you can eat certain foods { hehhee} that will asleep and stay asleep , and you can do certain things that are sleeping inducing. Here are some guidelines
● IF you have had a bad night's sleep don't stay in bed later the next morning.
● Dont go to bed earlier the next night . Stick your bedtime and rising pattern
● Dont nap during the day . Nape cut lown on right sleep-time
● never lie awake in bed for more than 30 minutes. By living in bed sleepless you form an association between your bed and sleeplessness , thus reinforcing your poor sleeping patern
● when you get out of bed after half an hour of sleeping , do something but make sure it is something dull . Read a book that doesn’t interest you much . Never watch TV or listen the radio
● Try sitting still in a chair in a darkned room ; you’ll be surprised how fast you’ll get sleepy
● When you retire for the night ,don’t lie there rehashing the mistakes of the day .Nor is this he times to plan your next day next’s activities – you may become too anxious
● Get as much exercise as possible ,preferably early in the day . Exercise is a greet sleeps induce
● Develop a bedtime routine : closing up the house and turning out the lights in a certain way ,plumping up the pillow . Sleep studies show that doing things in sequence- in a way that tends to calm and shoote – can help you achieve a good sleep
